Dated rooms, but comfortable. A/C had some issues. Owner is a good guy. Went the extra mile for us

Just wonderful owner, had cookies in office and pamphlets with some local histroy of area. Rooms were just wonderful, the beds are brand new. The sheets and pillows and blankets smelled like tide the good stuff! So soft and bathrooms were amazing.
I liked that it is an hour or so North of Vegas. I choose Alamo because of the reviews and wasn't disappointed. It is an older structure, but solid and well mainitained by the folks who run this small motel. Hotel and fridge in room, worked good. Again, the place is older, from a different time in building construction, but it is very well kept, and clean. The rug in my room was very soft, and the bed was clean and comfortable. TV had a good selection of channels. And they even helped me with direction and gave advice concerning road conditions.
Clean, functional. Not really fancy, but if you are looking for a comfortable bed and good parking, this is it. Morning coffee gets you up and out the door.
Be careful of the owner's dog. She's a 10 year old Yorkie. You have to pass her inspection. She's a honey, really.
A great room at a great price. Owners are very nice and reasonable people who go or of their way to accommodate special situations. Also the pet fee is more then reasonable here with is much more than I can say for most hotels
